NMG provides short-term disability (STD) coverage to all benefits-eligible associates. Your enrollment is automatic and there is no cost to you. STD coverage provides weekly or bi-weekly income protection if you become disabled under the terms of the policy, and are unable to work. STD pays a weekly or bi-weekly benefit after you have been disabled for seven calendar days and are approved by Reliance Standard Insurance Company. STD coverage has certain limitations.
